These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of simplytoolz.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
SimplyToolz provides free, browser-based online tools for working with images and documents. All processing happens locally in your browser. The Service is provided free of charge and on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. Your content and responsibility
You retain all rights to the files you process. Because processing is local, we never receive your files. You are solely responsible for the files you process and must ensure you have all necessary rights and permissions, and that your use complies with applicable law. Do not use the Service to process or create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose or to infringe others' rights; (b) upload or create malware or harmful content; (c) attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or (d) misuse automated means to abuse the Service.

The Service does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
5. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMPLYTOOLZ AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE. Your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Service.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SimplyToolz and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The Service's design, code, text, and branding are owned by SimplyToolz or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or content beyond using the Service as intended.

The Service may display advertising and link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, ads, or practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
9. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
